Exterior of a house under a cloudy sky. Eaves, windows, and a single tree to one side.

Home Record

The same place,
the same angle, one photograph a year.

Being able to confirm that nothing has changed
is the best result a home can have.

Actual work

Dirt that comes back after washing,
we look at from its cause.

Exterior wall before application. Stains have bled through and the whole surface is dull.
Before Wash it, and if the cause remains it comes back.
Exterior wall after application. The finish's own color has returned.
After After washing, with anti-soiling treatment applied.

What we most want to say

"Nothing has changed."
That is the result.

Coating is only the entrance. What we leave behind is a record of how well you have cared for this house.

Home Record

On the day of the work, we make the first volume.

01

Your own words

Why you want this house to remain.

02

Three places to protect

The entrance. The view from the window. A wall you love.

03

A one-line standard

"Has a white film appeared?"

04

One photograph a year

Same angle, same distance.

A history of care

What was found, what was fixed.

Every year

One more volume each year

In three years, there are three volumes.

Fixed point / same angle, same distance
Preparing for publication ・ awaiting permission

The register marks at the four corners mean "photograph within the same frame every year." The actual fixed-point photographs will be published once we have the owner's permission.

You can show with photographs and records that the house has been cared for.

Frequently asked questions

Can I ask for the entrance alone?

Yes. We also accept requests for the entrance alone.

I heard tiled exterior walls are maintenance-free.

Tile itself rarely needs repainting, but it does get dirty. Joints and sealant also deteriorate over the years. When the dirt starts to bother you, it can be cared for with washing and anti-soiling treatment. We will advise separately on repairs to joints and sealant.

How many years does the effect last?

How the effect lasts varies greatly with sunlight, how rain falls on the surface, foot traffic, and how the material wears. For that reason, we do not promise that it will last a certain number of years. You can check its condition through the work record and an annual inspection (paid).

Is there a warranty?

We do not offer a warranty. This is because the environment differs from site to site, and we cannot promise the same number of years. Instead, we keep a record of what was applied and when, and hand it to you.

How often is the inspection, and how long does it take?

Once a year, about 30 minutes. It is a visit to look and to record, under a paid annual contract. We present its cost together with the estimate for the application. When repairs are needed, we explain what they involve and what they cost, and carry them out for a separate fee.

How much does it cost?

It varies with the material, the area, and the state of the soiling. The on-site survey and estimate are free. Where there are costs, such as for distant locations or when scaffolding is needed, the installer in charge will tell you in advance.
