CRUX ASSET CARE
Stained walls and entrances —
we don't stop at washing.
We identify the cause of the soiling, wash, leave the surface less likely to get dirty, and keep a record of what follows. To keep a building's appearance and value for longer.
Is soiling like this
troubling you?
Please ask us about dirt you tried to remove yourself without success, too. For each symptom, we set out the causes and what can and cannot be done.

01
Soiled exterior walls and black rain streaks
Black streaks run vertically down from under windows or copings. Even after washing, they come back to the same place after a while.

02
Darkened entrance tiles
Scrubbing with a brush or changing detergents does not remove the darkening on the entrance tiles.

03
Stains and oil marks on marble and granite
Marks from spilled oil or drinks stay inside the stone and do not go away.

04
Black stains around sealant
Along the sealant of windows and joints, black stains spread into the stone or tile.

05
Mold, moss and algae on exterior walls and grounds
Green or black growth spreads on north-facing walls, fences, and floors that get no sun.

06
White powder and white marks (efflorescence)
White powder or white streaks rise to the surface of stone, tile or concrete.
We do not stop at washing,
but record what comes after.

01 Assess
Check the cause of the soiling and the material
The on-site survey and estimate are free. If needed, we carry out a test application in an inconspicuous spot so you can see the finish.

02 Wash and protect
Wash, and apply a treatment that makes dirt less likely to stick
It soaks into the material and makes it harder for water and oil to soak in. If washing alone is enough, we will tell you so.

03 Record
Hand over the work record
Date of work, extent, details and photographs. With an annual inspection (paid annual contract), the record can keep building up.
Shown together
with the conditions.
Before and after photographs are published alongside the material, location, problem and the work carried out.

○
What it can do
Remove dirt and make it harder for dirt to soak in
It soaks into materials that absorb water, such as stone, tile and concrete, and makes it harder for water and oil to soak in. Being fluorine-based, it repels oil as well as water.
×
What it cannot do
Replace painting, waterproofing or repairs
It does not replace exterior repainting. It does not fix cracks, rain leaks, deteriorated sealant, scratches or chips.
―
What we cannot say
"It will not get dirty." "It lasts so many years."
Dust and mud will still settle. Cleaning is still needed after application. The effect declines over the years, and how it lasts varies with the environment.

05
What remains after the work
What stays in your hands
is the work record.
What was applied, when, and how far. We hand over the record together with before and after photographs. If you choose the annual inspection (paid annual contract), photographs of the same place from the same angle are added every year.
When you sell the building or consider repairs, it becomes a record that shows it "has been cared for."
We do not offer a warranty. As how the effect lasts varies with the environment, we do not promise that it will last a certain number of years.

Installers
See installers in your area and the work each has done.
Can I ask for just the entrance of my house?
Yes. We also accept requests for the entrance alone.
How many years does the effect last?
How the effect lasts varies greatly with sunlight, how rain falls on the surface, foot traffic, and how the material wears. For that reason, we do not promise that it will last a certain number of years. You can check its condition through the work record and an annual inspection (paid).
Is there a warranty?
We do not offer a warranty. This is because the environment differs from site to site, and we cannot promise the same number of years. Instead, we keep a record of what was applied and when, and hand it to you.
Is there any charge before the estimate?
The on-site survey and estimate are free. Where there are costs, such as for distant locations or when scaffolding is needed, the installer in charge will tell you in advance.
How far will you come?
We accept enquiries from all over Japan. There are areas with no installer yet, and we may need time to arrange a date. We are adding installers over time.
