Work

Anyone can produce
numbers in a catalogue.

No one can produce a building that has stood for years.

About what we publish

Property names are
not disclosed.

Publication is based on the property owner's permission. For contractual reasons, some property names cannot be given. We present only the material, the use, and the years elapsed.

The before and after photographs above are records from before CRUX Asset Care began. They are not fixed-point photographs. Fixed-point photographs by years elapsed will be published, property by property, for those where the record has been started, as owners give permission.
