How we handle personal information

CRUX G.K. (the "Company") handles personal information received through CRUX Asset Care enquiries as follows.

1. Information we collect

Your name, email address, telephone number, the location of the property (city or ward), the content of your enquiry, and any photographs you attach.

2. Purposes of use

• Responding to your enquiry, and providing information on on-site surveys, estimates and application
• Preparing the work record, and providing information on the annual inspection (if you have a contract)

We will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

3. Provision to installers

To respond to your enquiry, we may pass information, to the extent necessary, to the installer covering your area (an authorized agent of the Company). We require installers to handle it within the same purposes.

4. Outsourcing of handling

We use external services (email delivery, servers) to send and receive enquiries and to run this site. We require these contractors to apply the necessary security measures.

5. Photographs

Photographs you attach are used only to respond to your enquiry. They will not be published on the site or elsewhere as examples of our work. If we wish to publish them, we will ask for your permission again after the work is done.

6. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

If you request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, we will respond after confirming your identity.
